Committing to self-discovery or therapy requires curiosity and courage. Perhaps you are ready for an exploratory collaboration, perhaps you have not made a decision yet and are still deciding whether to take this path. Either way, you don’t have to take it alone. Perhaps you want to acquire more tools to manage everyday life issues by making the most of your limited energy, or perhaps you are curious to discover how to reduce your anxiety, tension, depression, or how to manage frustrations, so as not to inadvertently take them out on yourself or others. Either way, I can assure a welcoming, and supportive environment in which it is safe to explore new parts of yourself, and discover skills you didn’t know you had! You are welcome to do this work in individual sessions, or in group sessions at reduced cost.
